Job Description
As a Purchase Order Coordinator, you'll track POs, partner with inventory teams, and identify late POs to minimize downstream impact, all while maintaining reporting across systems and resolving issues with POs, ASNs, and shipments.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in supply chain, inventory, merchandising, or a fast-paced operations role
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems and datasets
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to spot risks before they escalate
- Natural problem-solving instincts—you take ownership and push toward resolution
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy
- Clear, confident communication across cross-functional teams and external vendors
