Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring proper manning to ship and receive products in a productive and cost-efficient manner.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons
