Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role involves managing the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel, directing day-to-day activities, and maintaining warehouse equipment and safety programs. The Warehouse Supervisor must have excellent interpersonal, team building, and follow-up skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
• Effective communication skills
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines
