Job Description
FloQast is seeking an Engineering Manager to build inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused teams that deliver predictable results. The manager partners with Product Management, Design, and other disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering management experience
- 4+ years of individual contributor/software engineering experience
- 5+ years working on Agile methodologies
- Experience managing teams simultaneously
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel
- Experience managing and coaching individuals' performance
- Experience leading and managing teams and working remotely
