Staff DevOps Engineer

FloQast is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to drive technical direction, architecture, and reliability of their SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with expertise in cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, particularly with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Advanced tooling, including monitoring and observability solutions
• CI/CD Mastery, with proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
• Deep cloud knowledge, including advanced AWS networking, security, and infrastructure concepts
• Scripting and automation expertise, including Python, Bash, or Go
• Exceptional communication skills
• Independent leadership and problem-solving skills
