Head of Factory

The Head of Factory is responsible for overseeing the full end‐to‐end operations of the manufacturing operations in Cikarang. This role ensures that production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply operations are executed to deliver reliable output, cost efficiency, and high product standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food/FMCG/edible oil production.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams.
• Proven track record in factory management, productivity improvement, and cost control.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
