Job Description
Lead maintenance operations at Ergene Factory, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment while driving continuous improvement and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering
- 7+ years maintenance experience in food/FMCG manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and automation systems
- Experience with SAP PM / CMMS, TPM / WCM
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
- Edible oil processing or refining
- Utilities systems (steam, boilers, air, cooling towers)
- Predictive maintenance tools
- Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
