Job Description
The Processing Engineering Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of Capex in the New Century manufacturing plant and provide Project Management Governance for seamless execution. The role will ensure all Capex Projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget in accordance with the Flora Food Group Project Delivery Framework and best industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in a technical FMCG Engineering environment
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Good knowledge of Food Safety and GMP Standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to influence the technical community
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment
