Staff Backend Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to own the backbone of FLORA's platform, building the systems that will support 10x growth. This is a foundational hire with real authority over technical direction and the opportunity to shape how we grow the backend team.

What You Will Do

You'll work on building generation orchestration layer, improving observability, optimizing database layer, making vendor and architecture decisions, and working with other teams to provide a stable, performant foundation for features.
