Foster Care Case Aide (UCP)

This position oversees and coordinates services for children, youth, and young adults in partnership with a Social Worker. Bilingual Spanish/English necessary. 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Assist Social Workers with referrals and tracking of necessary documents
• Auditing the contractually required electronic portal system
• Facilitates support groups and training for assigned children and/or Resource Parents
• Provides relevant information for treatment interventions and schedules consultations with treatment team
• Documents services provided and maintain accurate logs
• Provides necessary transportation and escorts client to appointments
