Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a positive therapeutic atmosphere in a residential program for young women in the foster care system. The Supervisor interacts with residents, assesses their behavioral expressions, and communicates with the therapeutic staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral science or related field
- Minimum of one year experience working in similar setting
