The Associate Director of Programs and Traditions supports the mission of Florida Atlantic University by providing leadership, oversight, and coordination of campus-wide programs and traditions that strengthen student engagement, sense of belonging, student advising, and institutional pride.
Requirements
- Student Advisement and Development: Provide direct advisement and support to student leaders and organizations involved in campus programs and traditions
- Leadership & Administration: Provides strategic leadership and direction for university programs and traditions that enhance student engagement and sense of belonging
- Program & Event Management: Designs, coordinates, and evaluates major university traditions, including but not limited to Homecoming and large-scale campus events
- Assessment & Operations: Develops and implements assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness, student learning, and engagement metrics
