Job Description
Join our growing automotive dealership as a Buy Here Pay Here Sales Consultant and leverage your BHPH expertise to maximize earning potential through our competitive commission structure.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license
- DMS and CRM experience (preferred)
- Automotive sales experience 2 years (preferred)
- BHPH sales experience 2 years (preferred)
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence and other documents
- Ability to speak effectively with individuals and small groups of individuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts (with or without the use of technology)
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with customers
- Ability to navigate social media with Company regulations
- Ability to learn or experience with CRMs and DMS products
- Ability and willingness to collaborate and perform as a team
- Driving history that meets company requirements
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills
