Sterile Compounding Technician II Part Time

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Technician II to join our team at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. As an Admixture Tech II, you will be responsible for preparing hazardous and non-hazardous agents under the supervision of the dispensing practitioner. You will review medication orders, perform mathematical calculations, and prepare sterile and non-sterile medications in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Review medication orders to ensure accuracy
• Perform mathematical calculations to determine drug measurements
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications as ordered by the prescriber
• Maintain necessary records and logs
• Order, stock, and dispense medical supplies and drugs
• Properly handle and dispose of hazardous drugs and waste materials
