Job Description
The School of Arts & Communication at Florida Institute of Technology is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach Communication courses in various disciplines, including English, Communication, and Humanities. Candidates should have a Master's degree in the relevant field and prior teaching experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Teach undergraduate sections in their area of expertise
- A minimum of a Master's of Arts degree in subject area or related field
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level in a classroom setting; Eighteen (18) hours of coursework in field of teaching
- Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Human Resources Office prior to the first day of employment
