Director, Group Sales

The Florida Panthers are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented leader to serve as Senior Manager or Director of Group Sales, responsible for leading the Group Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals across multiple verticals, while building innovative programs that deepen community engagement and expand the Panthers' reach throughout South Florida.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ticket sales, group sales, or sports/entertainment sales leadership
• Proven track record of driving revenue and leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of group sales strategy, product development, and fan engagement
• Experience working with youth sports organizations, community groups, and/or corporate clients preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
