The Front Office Manager is responsible for the operation of the front office, including customer interface, day-to-day management of the point-of-sale payment, registration, and reconciliation functions, and general office administration duties.
Requirements
- Experience working in a multi-person office environment or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills, detailed orientation, and effective problem-solving skills
- Able to handle fast-paced environments and effectively prioritize and execute multiple competing needs
- Highly coachable team player with a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
