Project Manager, Creative Ops

The Florida Panthers are looking for a Project Manager, Creative Operations to own and evolve the flow of creative work through the department, responsible for building and maintaining scalable processes, managing timelines and production schedules, and keeping projects moving across a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project or creative operations coordination at a creative agency or in-house creative department
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field – or equivalent experience
• Wrike proficiency strongly preferred but not required; advanced familiarity with project management platforms required
• Strong understanding of the creative process – enough to set realistic timelines, anticipate bottlenecks, manage requester expectations, and keep work moving without micromanaging
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across internal teams and external partners
• Builds trust with internal partners and requesters, strong relationships are how this role sets expectations, navigates competing priorities, and keeps work moving
