Job Description
The Department of Physics at Florida Polytechnic University is seeking applicants for the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor to support the teaching and research mission. The successful candidate will possess teaching capacity, a commitment to teaching at all levels, and theoretical or experimental expertise that complements the current faculty.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field
- Abroad teaching capacity that supports undergraduates
- Commitment to teaching at all levels in the curriculum
- The ability to mentor physics and engineering physics majors
- Theoretical or experimental expertise that complements the current faculty
