The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressive experience in event planning and logistics, and a proven track record managing large-scale conferences, meetings, or corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communications, business administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in event planning and logistics
- Proven track record managing large-scale conferences, meetings, or corporate events
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with event management systems or CRM databases is preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
