The Director of Residential Services provides oversight for The Florida Sheriff Youth Ranches programs and services at each of the three residential programs in Florida. The Director is responsible for residential programs and services, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in the human services field from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of seven years’ experience in a social service setting with at least five years in an administrative or supervisory capacity
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, proposals, policy, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
