Chart Prep

To support U.S. Urology Partners by providing clerical support to all areas of the office. Responsible for maintaining access to medical records, reviewing charts, and arranging testing as necessary. Work from home position with possibility of working in the office if standards of work cannot be met.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working in a medical practice setting or in a health insurance organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Experience as a medical receptionist
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Experience with multiline phone system
• Electronic medical records experience
