Florida Virtual School is looking for a full-time HOPE Instructor to provide an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate in content area assigned
• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years' teaching experience, preferred
• Operational knowledge of the Internet and Web-related technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate on group projects and work as part of a team
• Responsibility, accountability, and self-motivation
• Strong work ethic to achieve school goals
• Effective prioritizing, organizing, and time-management skills
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to learn and apply all required and recommended FLVS computer applications
