We're looking for a Client Success Lead to manage our partnerships across our Wrestling software and ensure success for our largest partnerships.
Requirements
- Manage wrestling software partnerships, including state associations and coaches' associations.
- Administer setup of season management, including weight management and seed system creation.
- Execute post-season advancement for wrestling state partnerships.
- Coordinate and ensure prompt payment of all weight management and postseason invoices.
- Serve as day-to-day contact and assist partners with tasks such as weight management and troubleshooting.
- Resolve software support ticket escalations and serve as a liaison to the customer success team.
- Oversee customer product documentation and knowledge base for wrestling software.
