Summer Internship - HR Communications and Engagement

FloSports is looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented HR Communications & Engagement Intern to support internal communications and help grow our social presence.

Requirements

• Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns for distribution
• Manage day-to-day execution of internal email communications across company-wide, manager, and targeted team audiences.
• Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and engagement moments
• Help maintain the internal editorial calendar and ensure communications align with business priorities
• Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, participation) and share insights
• Research trends and best practices for employer brand and culture content
• Help create and test content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Propose ideas to grow visibility and engagement across social channels
• Track and report on growth metrics and engagement performance
