Flosum is hiring a Vice President of Finance to own the financial architecture of the business, drive operational excellence, and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from $10-30M ARR to $100M+ ARR.

- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from $10-30M ARR to $100M+ ARR
- Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
- Exceptional command of go-to-market functions and sales, marketing, and customer success
- Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions
