Flourish Research is looking for a motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Medical Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting the director and research team, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Medical office administrative experience is preferred
• Medical assisting experience is a plus
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, quality, and communication skills
• Takes initiative, is a team player, and can adapt well to a changing environment
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
