Clinical Research Assistant

Flourish Research is seeking a motivated and talented Clinical Research Assistant to support Investigators in executing clinical research trials while providing an impeccable patient experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in phlebotomy and clinical research, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Experience performing phlebotomy with patients in a clinic or hospital setting
• Experience with clinical research is preferred but not required
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform
• A clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
