Job Description
Flourish Research is looking for a motivated Human Resources Business Partner to support site leadership and employees across multiple locations. The HRBP will serve as a strategic HR partner, focusing on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational support.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and employees
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and offboarding
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and team development
