Regional Patient Recruitment Lead - Clinical Research

The Regional Recruitment Lead is responsible for driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites within a defined region.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
• Call center leadership supporting multi-therapeutic studies preferred
• 2–3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred
