Client Support Representative

They provide independent Registered Investment Advisors with scalable technology and an emphasis on delivering exceptional client support. The role involves both client interaction and organization, contributing to client support team growth.

Requirements

• Support company growth by providing clients with an excellent, white-glove client experience
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product teams, sales, and relationship management
• Conduct routine client outreach to address account servicing issues and participate in ad hoc projects
• Assist with the review and onboarding process for new accounts
• Develop and maintain external client support materials
• Participate in support center scheduling and ensure staffing
• Define and implement short-term business strategies to improve client experience and increase support team efficiency
