Flourish is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop our visual identity and create clever, thoughtful visual solutions for our financial technology and advisors. The ideal candidate has a systems-thinking mindset, enjoys collaboration, and can take a vague idea and run with it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative department
• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and non-designers
