Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative role supports Magnatex Pumps' gasket, fastener, and hose business, maintaining and growing customer support and sales, and assisting in the re-engagement of potentially lost customers.
Requirements
- Receiving calls/e-mails from customers
- Researching and quoting customers on parts and/or services
- Ordering parts
- Managing sale price and GP
- Communicating receipt of parts to customers
- Assist in the inventory maintenance of service parts
- Assist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts service
- Customer retention and engagement
- Assisting in generating leads for service and sales
