Outside Sales Representative

Flow Control Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and execute a territory sales plan, cultivate new customer relationships, and maintain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field, and a strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
