Field Service Engineer provides expert-level technical support for Flow International Corporation’s water-cutting and surface preparation systems. The role ensures optimal system performance at customer sites, providing high-quality service and technical guidance while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support for the operation, diagnosis, and repair of Flow systems.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting, part identification, and resolution of technical issues via phone, email, or site visits.
• Accurately complete all required administrative documentation and service reports in a timely manner.
