Job Description
Lead all aspects of the ABWF and/or A&A works on the project across the initial design, procurement and construction phase, working closely with senior client stakeholders, design consultants and supply chain, and ensuring project delivery safely and to the required quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction management or related engineering discipline
- At least 10 years' relevant ABWF fit out and/or A&A works experience
- Strong site management experience, including materials supply, specification, quality controls
- Good understanding of local Building Regulations and Minor Works Control System
- Good financial and contractual knowledge in dealing with contract management
- Proficient in Cantonese and English
