Job Description
Assistant Project Coordinator - Senior Project Coordinator (Facade) to oversee the delivery of several high-profile projects, responsible for coordinating building construction, monitoring progress, and attending site meetings.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Studies, Building management or related disciplines
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Minimum 1-3 years site experience in Building construction
- Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions
- Knowledgeable with costing, contract, regulations and building operations
- Proficient in PC application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
