Job Description
Assist Project Manager / Site Agent in monitoring /coordinating of all building services subcontractors' works, including their submissions and site installation works, and liaise with client, consultants, government department and utilities companies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher certificate holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years' working experience with Main Contractor, and experience in Building Services Installations
- Previous experience in ArchSD project is preferred
- Hands-on experience on BIM (Building Information Modelling) is an advantage
- Proficient in PC skills including MS office, MS project & AutoCAD
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
