Job Description
The Community Relation Officer/Community Liaison Officer will handle complaints and publicity matters, prepare press materials and reports, and liaise with the general public.
Requirements
- Degree in communication, public relations or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management
- Good communication skills and face to face interaction, organized and efficient
- Able to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
