Job Description
Responsible for project management, site works planning, quality and safety, and cost control of building projects. Requires higher diploma or above in Structural/Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in Chinese and English.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Structural/Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
- 5 years or above relevant experience in Foundation/Civil works
- Good understanding of the Buildings Department's Regulations
- Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and site operations
- Strong communication, well organization & energetic
- Fluency in Chinese and English
