Job Description
Manage project tasks, ensure document submission, coordinate sub-contractor activities, supervise project team, and handle ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or building, 8+ years of project management experience, and 5+ years in facade contracting works.
Requirements
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering or Building or Equivalent
- Minimum 8 years in project management; with 5 years in facade contracting works
- Familiar structural analysis, facade systems and materials.
- Self-Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and PC knowledge
