Job Description
The Research and Development Analyst will be responsible for making plans for annual scientific research, managing research projects, and maintaining roadworks standards. The role also involves following technical trends, organizing technical collaborations, and publishing scientific research works. Additionally, the Analyst will manage human resources, equipment, and budgeting.
Requirements
- PhD in polymer materials, building materials (road materials), or related majors
- Scientific research experience in engineering technology, materials, and roads
- Published at least two research papers in SCI and EI (JA)
- Familiar with common material characterization and testing methods
- Ability to use related tools for testing and characterization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Formal positions in overseas well-known universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprise R & D institutions
