Leasing Specialist

Flow is a real estate company that offers a unique living experience. The Leasing Specialist will show model units, lease apartments, and serve as a point of contact for prospects and residents. The role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon.

Requirements

• Maintain extensive knowledge of apartment availability and current residents
• Execute digital and physical marketing initiatives to drive external traffic to the property
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and show model apartments
• Process applications, review credit screenings, and prepare lease and move-in packages
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident questions/concerns
• Perform daily inspections and communicate with the facilities team regularly
