2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to work in a fast-paced bakery environment. The successful candidate will have a technical mindset and strong mechanical capabilities, with a focus on safety and quality standards. The role requires the ability to climb ladders, lift weights, and perform complex wiring and welding tasks.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience
• Three or more years of experience as a Maintenance Technician and/or formal training or experience
• Physically capable of rapid, unimpeded movement to all areas of plant
• Ability to utilize tools as required by the particular maintenance job and carry a tool pouch weighing up to 15 pounds
• Ability to lift and hold up to 50 pounds from floor level to 48 inches
