Requirements
- Manage superintendents and projects
- Manage Capital expenditure (CapEx) program and Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) annual planning and forecasting
- Manage employee development and succession planning
- Utilize SAP to review and approve various reports
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of inventory variances
- Review spare parts stock level
- Attend plant operation meetings
- Attend vendor meetings and coordinate planning
- Oversee financial review and reporting, monitoring and reporting on Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for maintenance spend
- Conduct floor walks with superintendent for department-work verification
- Manage equipment trends: parts usage, breakdown frequencies, and top cost contributors
- Conduct critical equipment inspection work verification
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) program assessments and modify based on trending, plant needs, and/or changes
