Route Sales Representative

Flowers Foods is seeking a Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. The successful candidate must build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage inventory, and increase sales. The role requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times. A competitive salary and excellent total rewards package are offered.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
• Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
• Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
• Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
