Job Description
Flowers Foods, Inc. is a leading producer of packaged bakery goods in the United States. We are seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. The successful candidate must have strong relationships with customers, be flexible to work varying workdays, and adapt to the demands of the role.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training)
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
