Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy and operations, with a strong background in ESG, finance, fundraising, and international business.
• Experience in management consulting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing financial performance and fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in managing international operations, including market entry and expansion.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
