Job Description
Flowserve is looking for a Buyer to help achieve team goals by guaranteeing the purchase of subcontracted components and services at the best conditions of price, quality and deadlines. The Buyer will develop and implement purchasing strategies to increase profitability and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Execution of Just in Time principles in supply
- Negotiate best prices and commercial conditions
- Follow up on orders placed to ensure on time delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with importing processes
- Setting up supply agreements with key suppliers
- Review of stock levels to ensure optimal inventory
