Job Description
The Finance Business Partner role is part of the site management team and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner Vacuum Pumps. The role works closely with operations and functional management teams to provide financial planning and analysis, and makes recommendations for potential improvements and promotes the active use of financial data to drive business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics or similar education
- Minimum 5+ years FP&A, Controlling or (Cost) Accounting experience in an international manufacturing business, auditing or consulting
- Proven ability to succeed in complex matrix environments
- Able to multi-task in high pressure, time-constrained situations
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- IT literate with advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
- Language skills: Chinese and fluent in English
